I've been upgrading my microwave popcorn for years. My Honest Review

Of course, it doesn't have the same sharpness and complexity as Parmigiano Reggiano. But it brings its own nostalgic charm, with the cheese sticking to every warm kernel in a Goldilocks move—just right. Because cacio e pepe has me in its grip, I still finish with freshly cracked pepper. My only advice is to work quickly while the popcorn is still hot, so everything cohesively melds together.
