At my house, we like Casa Mamita’s yummy meals and appetizers almost as much as we love Mama Cozzi’s Italian pizzas and delicacies. (If you’ve shopped at Aldi, you’ve most definitely seen these brands and understand their appeal.)
I have a 15-year-old son who, with help from his equally hungry friends, is eating me out of the freezer, pantry, and fridge on a regular basis. He and his volleyball teammates love, love, love Mexican-style food, and that’s why I’m so excited that Casa Mamita’s Stuffed Nachos are coming back to Aldi.
Casa Mamita’s Stuffed Nachos
- Price: $3.99 for a 14-ounce box
- Why I Know I’ll Love It: This product hit shelves earlier this year and is expected to return this fall. I’m already a fan of other Casa Mamita frozen meals, and food writer Meghan Splawn recommended these nachos with two thumbs up.
What’s Great About Casa Mamita’s Stuffed Nachos
My family was introduced to the Casa Mamita brand when I spied some mini chicken or beef tacos in the freezer section of Aldi. I adore the delicious convenience of them, so I am pretty sure that my hubby, son, and I would equally enjoy the stuffed nachos.
A 14-ounce box of Casa Mamita’s Stuffed Nachos costs only $3.99 at my local Aldi. You can get them in two flavors: Queso or Beef and Cheese, and my family can’t wait to get their hands on both flavors.
This relatively new snack, which was introduced earlier this year, will be back in the freezer section at Aldi this fall, and I’m really, really hoping it will be in stock by the time I have to host my son’s entire volleyball team for dinner. I’ve promised these boys and their parents a taco bar, and these nachos are going to be a hit.
While both flavors look really tasty, I’m most interested in trying the queso, which has gooey cheese, onions, peppers, and tomatoes. It looks like a Mexican-ish version of fried raviolis, as it is basically nacho chips filled with cheesy goodness, then breaded and fried.

How To Reheat and Serve Casa Mamita’s Stuffed Nachos
To reheat the stuffed nachos, you can use a microwave, an oven or an air fryer. To get the crispiest texture, I think the air fryer would work best.
These babies would be a perfect Packer snack (where I’m from, it’s Green Bay all the way) for a football watching party and a great appetizer for book club—of course, with margaritas instead of wine.
While I’m pretty sure my son and his friends would eat them straight out of the air fryer or microwave, they’d also taste great with salsa, pico de gallo, and guacamole. (Aldi sells delicious versions of all three dips.)
You could make a decadent nachos using these stuffed nachos as a base, then top with creamy queso, pico, jalapeño peppers, minced cilantro, and ground beef or shredded chicken. If you wanted to make it into a rounded meal, you could toss in extra veggies like roasted broccoli, corn, and lots of shredded lettuce.
