This $2.99 Aldi Frozen Find Is Available for a Limited Time—It's My New Favorite

It is a truth universally acknowledged that Wednesdays are the best day of the week. Don't believe me? I'll argue my case. 

Famously, it's "hump day." Once Wednesday is over, there are only two more days of work left. Or, as I like to think of it when I'm swamped: I still have two more days left to get all my work done. 

This next point is very unique to me. My local movie theater offers "Flashback Cinema" on Wednesdays, where you can see an old movie for just $5. I just finished up watching the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy this way.

Why I'm Excited About Aldi Seasoned Choice Hot Honey Carrots 

These hot honey carrots come frozen in a 12-ounce bag for only $2.99. It's a no-brainer side dish that pairs well with any protein for a simple weeknight meal. They will heat up quickly in the air fryer or oven, helping you get dinner on the table in no time.

I'm envisioning a one-pan meal that includes Easy Baked Salmon alongside these hot honey carrots, and some frozen broccoli florets if I want to lean into the veg route.
