This $6.99 Aldi Find Is a Copycat of a $60 Williams Sonoma Product

Can you remember the best brownie you’ve ever had? I can. It was a salted caramel fudge brownie with big chunks of chocolate, a layer of gooey caramel in the middle, and a sprinkle of sea salt on top. 

The best part was that I had a corner piece, so a lot of the caramel had oozed out of the sides and crisped up while baking. The texture and flavor combination was an absolute dream. It tasted like a brownie, but it also had a delicious candy-like caramel snap. And that was all made possible by the fact that it was an edge piece—the middle brownies didn’t have this bonus! 

Ever since that fateful brownie, I have been a die-hard fan of brownie edge pieces. I know that some people love a fudgy brownie, but I’m obsessed with the chewier texture of an edge piece. If I wanted the texture of a middle brownie, I’d eat a slice of chocolate cake.

I’m pretty sure that I’m getting close to having an all Crofton kitchen at this point, and I’m fine with that!
