Brownies have been my most-made dessert this year. At one point, I was baking them weekly, always keeping cocoa powder and butter stocked at home. Part of my brownie ritual often includes keeping a table knife in my pan of leftovers. That way, if the brownie mood struck in the middle of the day, I could go into the fridge and use the knife to cut off a sliver.

I’m not alone in this habit. There’s a meme about the “brownie knife” and how people will slice off little pieces from the brownie pan to even out the leftovers. “Why wouldn’t you just cut yourself a regular piece?” some may ask. Well, dear reader, sometimes you don’t want a whole brownie. Sometimes you want a small bit of chocolatey goodness at 2 p.m., and Sam’s Club’s Two-Bite Brownies fulfill this exact craving.

Sam's Club Two-Bite Brownies

  • Price: $8.98 for a 48-count package
  • Why I Love It: These miniature brownies are perfectly rich and fudgy. I love eating them as a sweet snack, but they’re also easy to dress up as a party dessert.

Why I Love Sam’s Club’s Two-Bite Brownies

These two-bite brownies are just the injection of chocolate I'm looking for in my life. The bites are rich, dense, and fudgy, my preferred brownie texture. They are about the size of a mini cupcake; they're small, but not too small. I can have one when I want a little bit of brownie, or put a few on my plate for a standard-sized dessert. The brownies are available at Sam's Club as a box of 48 for $8.98, making each bite just 18 cents.

They're also incredibly low-effort. No need to preheat the oven or wash a brownie pan. Just open the box and grab a little chocolate treat. That kind of convenience, paired with truly great texture and flavor, is exactly why I keep coming back to them.

How To Enjoy Sam’s Club’s Two-Bite Brownies

If you're serving these at a party, you can easily make these brownie bites look straight from a bakery. Place half a strawberry and a dusting of powdered sugar on each one, and no one will know the difference. Alternatively, swirl a dollop of whipped cream on each bite and grate some chocolate on top.

You can also include these brownies as part of an ice cream sundae bar. Set them out alongside scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, along with bowls of toppings like crushed peanuts, sprinkles, and caramel sauce, and let everyone build their dessert.

Where Else To Find Two-Bite Brownies

Two-bite is an independent brand, available outside of Sam's Club. These brownie bites are also available at Costco, Walmart, Winn-Dixie, and other retailers.
