After-hours cooking: "Although I'm a professional recipe developer, I rarely cook from recipes when I'm cooking for myself. My favorite thing to do is raid my fridge for random tidbits that need to be used up, add some spices or fresh herbs, adjust the seasoning, and admire my never-before-seen concoction. It brings me so much joy to be creative!"
