Nancy Odogwu is a health food blogger. Pivoting from her previous life as an investment banker, she transitioned into the world of food blogging and content creation. She loves creating and sharing healthy meals she cooks for her family and is now a full time recipe developer, food content creator and active blogger after leaving investment banking in 2021. Additionally, she is completing her post graduate diploma at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a nutritional therapist.
She is a mother to 3 amazing boys, a wife, and believes in having fun with your food whilst maintaining a fully nourished and well balanced diet. She started the Fit Soul Kitchen blog to make healthy eating accessible to everyone, as well as to provide health tips. In February 2021, she released her first cookbook, and the hardcopy sold out within 3 hours!
Cooking is therapy: "I love cooking in complete SILENCE!! Hahaha! Cooking is therapy and meditative for me and I don't need distractions of music or any noise when I'm cooking. I often find myself coming up with new recipes and ideas whilst I'm cooking too."
