Grew up in rural West Virginia and as the oldest of five kids. That experience helped shape her as a home cook (that’s a lot of mouths to help feed)!
You can always find her in the kitchen whipping up either a new recipe from a food blog or cookbook or a tried and true family favorite. Cooking for people is her catharsis.
She currently lives in South Charleston, WV, with my husband, Mark. When her girls Chloe and Macy are home from college, she's always put on notice about what to feed them.
