Experience
Anne Wolf is a professional chef, food writer, R&D specialist, and chocolatier. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of California Santa Barbara but traded lab coats for chefs’ whites after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena.
After working in restaurants across the country, Anne shifted to recipe development and food science at America's Test Kitchen. She has since built extensive experience in dietary restrictions, with a focus on plant-based, gluten-free, and allergen-conscious recipes. In the regulated cannabis industry, she developed infused products and discovered her passion for working with chocolate.
Anne has served as a chef instructor, culinary manager, recipe developer, and food commerce writer. She teaches at Boston University’s Professional Pastry Arts Program and creates culinary content for a range of publications, always championing thoughtful, inclusive, and flavor-driven cuisine.
