Amanda Holstein is a Test Kitchen Assistant in the People Inc. Food Studios. Amanda fell in love with baking at the age of 6, and followed her passion through college where she graduated with an A.S. in Baking and Pastry Management and a B.S. in Restaurant and Food Service Management from Valencia College, University of Central Florida.

She has worked in multiple well known bakeries in the Orlando, FL area, preparing scratch made desserts for over 10 years. She has also done many dinner events and assisted in a James Beard dinner event.
